Lose 10 Pounds in a week - Sound too hard?
That’s just what I thought last week. I have to say that through a little exercise and lower calorie intake I was amazed at how quickly the weghit came off. I did not see this as a diet. More of a lifestyle change and all I did was take out the Nintendo Wi Fit and dust it off - Following a set of simple aerobics exercises and reducing the fat content in my diet by adding in some fat burning foods ( yeah! I thought this was a myth too!) averaging 30 -40 minutes per day at a steady rate and eating different foods that gave me additional energy and were low in fat content I have seen a 10 pound weight reduction in one week - Guess what I am going to do when I finish this post - If you said get back on the Nintendo wii fit and work on losing a nother 10 pounds. You were right.
I can’t believe how much better a few simple changes to my diet and daily exercise has had on my overall mood and how quickly the breathlessnessafter even the simplest exercise has now almost completely gone. If you want fun try the boxing workouts - They relieve tension and stress also.
If you are serious about weightloss and want to see some pounds fall off quickly this worked for me and I am now working on losing 10 pounds this week.
