Lose 10 Pounds - Easy Weight Loss
To Lose 10 Pounds in a week all I did was make small changes to my diet and exercise routine. I introduced low fat foods and fat burning foods and started to workout on the Nintendo Wii Fit.
This is the easiest 10 pounds weightloss I have ever achieved and I never once felt hungry or deprived of anything - If I noticed anything at all from my new diet and exercise routine it was feeling full and not bothered about food - My overall mood was much lighter and I didn’t feel as tense and stiff as I had done beofre I introduced the changes to my daily diet and exercise routine.
I found losing the 10 pounds easy this time around and feel more confident that I will manage to keep my weight down If I continue with the simple changes to eating and exercise thati started last week - There are no quick fixes and it is easy to put on the weght lost just as quickly once we stop dieting etc..
The changes I made were to redescover foods that I like to eat but never have the time to prepare, I don’t eat bread as often and if I do have bread I don’t eat as much.
I introduced fat burning and negative calorie foods to diet and can’t tell you how easy it was to do. The foods can be used in a wide variety of recipes and some just eaten on their own.
I am looking forward to working on losing another 10 pounds this week and will be half way to my target weight loss.
