been doing this for 11 days and not that much of a difference at least 15% difference thats it. I expected 6 packs by now, I eat healthy as well as eat a lot of meat and do at least 20 mins of cardio once im done this 8 min workout. I must be doing something wrong. Anyone have any suggestions?

@flitspaaltje Hanging knee raises are what i do most for abs(more than straight leg raises) because i can raise up higher into like a ball. i find they work both my upper and lower abs that way. i do pull ups separately.

I can see my abs forming really well. Also my fat not that i had much of it on my belly has almost gone . This works great. Ive been doing it for 4 weeks not along side liffting weights and doing push ups.

@JxT1957 I did, looking good bro. I do have a pull up bar in the back yard I can use. What do you think about a pull up with knee raises at the same time? Like curling up into a ball while hanging on the bar. Curious what you think. Greetz

@ThomFerrari Hi there, I think you should try the whole 8 minutes, but if that is too hard, try to do them in parts. Also, what I do is to do them more slowly, this feels better and I have better form and controle over these movements. I do this to get better form and also prevents me from getting sore in my neck. Listen very good to the instruction and just work your ab muscles, not your neck (which is difficult in the beginning) I just did my 8 minute abs and 2 minute plank (O: It does work!

@rrobot2000 Read my other comment do that then have protein after workin out and try 2 get some fat (but not 2 much) becuz u need fat 2 hav muscle (yes that is a scientific fact and ask me cuz i can show u my abs and muscles as proof. But when i say 'som fat' i mean very little.

mannn... i jus went running 2 mile (1 and 1/4 mile uphill) w/ 2.5 pound ankle weights came home and did this nd wuz amazed. i struggle w/sum things hurting my neck a little cuz i wasnt doin them completely rite but still felt the abs. This vid is pretty good but repetitive but try what i do itz crazy
