The best way to lose weight would be to gradually reduce your daily calories eatin and increase the amount of calories burnt. How? Be honest and review your current diet and activity. Once you have assessed how many calories a day you are currently eating write your planned weight loss reduction plan for calorie intake.
The next exercise you need to undertake will be to wirte down what exersize you do each week if any. At this stage you would write your weight loss exersize programe to gradually increase your amount of physical exertion over a period of weeks.
